Reviews matter when it comes to great marketing. Several platform that you will need good reviews on are Google, Yelp, and Facebook Business. One way to get good reviews is to leave a sticker at your register encouraging new customers to leave a good review. Also, make sure to reply to every good review that happens for your business on these platforms.
What happens if you get a bad review? Do everything you can to get it taken down. Send a private message to the customer offline and offer them refunds, apologies, etc. to take the bad review off. If you get a bad review from someone who hasn’t been to your business (this does happen sometimes) contact the organization and send proof that they were never at your business. I say half the time, it works (from my experience) and they take it down.
